General Plan Advisory Committee Meeting, Thursday, October 13
HALF MOON BAY, CA - The City's General Plan Advisory Committee (GPAC) invites the community to attend its meeting scheduled for Thursday, October 13. This public meeting will focus on an overview of the forthcoming first Draft General Plan Elements - Circulation, Healthy Community, Conservation and Open Space, Safety, and Noise. At the meeting there will be ample opportunity for questions and answers, clarification, and public comment and input on these draft Elements.
The GPAC held two sessions last June to discuss the first Draft Local Coastal Land Use Plan (LUP) - a separate and complementary document. The Draft LUP has been available for comment since last April, and the City is working to provide the first draft General Plan Elements soon at the same locations:
Community input on the both of these draft documents is strongly encouraged, and can be submitted in several ways:
Interested community members are encouraged to attend and participate on October 13, and to save the date for a follow-up GPAC meeting scheduled for November 17, focusing on the Circulation Element of the Draft General Plan.
